How long is your lead time?
We have two kinds of situation: standard warehouse shelves: spot direct shipment within 7 days, customized storage shelves: 15-20 days production cycle *It is recommended to prepare consultation two months in advance, because it takes time to calculate from design communication to manufacturing production to transportation to your country and warehouse installation.
Can I get free samples?
Yes. However, the shelves are quite large and the price of the sample is much less than your shipping cost, we suggest sending you a small sample to check the quality of our products.
How about support for installation?
We provide: 1, Installation instruction video 2, PDF assembly drawing 3, After-sales support as standard with every order!
For on-site assistance, you can pay our engineers cross-country support.
How do I pay for the cost?
You can enjoy wholesale price discount, flexible payment: 40% deposit after signing PI, final payment through TT/LC after inspection. If you need transportation arrangement, we can also help you to book the shipment.
